Court Date Set for Ex-Town Clerk

A court date has been set for Glendo’s ex-town clerk, Tristany Hoffman. The jury trial is July 7, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Hoffman is being charged with three separate alleged counts of felony theft between May and July 2024. According to court documents, all motions, notices, requests and demands must be filed by April 21, 2025. The Plea Cut Off Date is May 29, 2025. If a plea deal is struck, a change of plea hearing will be held at the time originally scheduled for the Pretrial Conference. The Pretrial Conference is June 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.. Anyone charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
